Something to curl up with and disappear into for a little while. You’ll also be able to listen to the audio version if you’d rather close your eyes and let me read it to you.
A letter from me
An honest, personal, soul-stirring letter sharing the things I don’t necessarily share on social media. Real life, insights, lessons, thoughts and the things I’ve been reflecting on.
A beautiful postcard
Something inspirational to keep, frame, tuck somewhere you’ll see it, or send to somebody who might need it.
An affirmation card
A little piece of positive energy to carry with you, display or add to your journal.
A guidance card with journal prompts
Gentle questions and thoughts to encourage reflection, self-discovery and a little deeper connection with yourself.
A pass-along card
This one isn’t really for you to keep. Leave it on a coffee-shop table, give it to a friend, tuck it into a card or post it through someone’s door. A tiny invitation to pass a little goodness on.

Every month’s letters will be created with so much love. And when they’re packed and ready to make their way out into the world, I’m going to hold them close for a moment and send my gratitude and good intentions with them.

What you need to know
When will I get my Life & Soul Letters?
We post during the last week of the month.
UK customers are likely to receive their Life & Soul Letter by 7th of the following month, or sooner.
If you live in the USA we would hope that you get delivery within 10 – 14 working days. (Please choose the button to pay in US Dollars, the price includes postage.)
*** Our cutoff date for orders is 20th of each month ***
If you have signed up by midnight (UK Time) on 20th your Life and Soul Letter will be mailed the following week, and land for the new month ahead.
If you are after that deadline, your delivery won’t make the print run.
We will instead, use that payment for the following month.
Example:
You order before 20th September.
I mail your October Life and Soul Letter the following week.
You receive October’s letter at the beginning of October.
OR
You order after 20th September.
I mail your November Life and Soul Letter at the end of October.
You receive November’s letter at the beginning of November.
Cancellations & Change of Address
Please notify us before 20th of the month so we can action any cancellation or change of address requests.

Lost Letters
The beauty of a mail club is partly the anticipation and excitement as you wait for your Life and Soul Letter to arrive. We do know, however, that sometimes this ends up as disappointment when letters are lost. In the event of this happening, we would ask that you please give us a grace period of waiting until mid-month before you reach out and contact us reporting your letter as missing.
We will do whatever we can to make it right and take appropriate action such as a replacement or a refund.
