Have you discovered Esther Hicks?
She is an AMAZING channel.
I love her mix of humour and wisdom and I often listen to one of her you tube videos in the morning as I am getting dressed and ready to face the day.

One of the things she talks about is ALLOWING.

It’s a part of manifesting that we as humans find the most tricky.
It’s easy to ask for what you want, but aligning with it energetically and then allowing it to come in is where we often get stuck.

Esther talks about The Emotional Scale and how our feelings move us into or out of the way of drawing in goodness.
Here is a list of the 22 emotions on the scale.

4. Positive Expectation & Belief

The emotions in BOLD are what Esther Hicks calls The Manifestation Zone.
This is where the good shit starts to show up!

But look again – I reckon we have ALL felt a mixture of the other emotions over the last two years, and we are still dipping in and out of them.

What was your lockdown experience?
Mine definitely had moments of grief when I couldn’t see the people I loved, anger at the global situation, insecurity and fear about what the future might look like with doubt, worry and overwhelm thrown in for good measure.
I was absolutely in the non – receiving zone and it felt rubbish.

I still have an emotional and energetic hangover with this shit, because its not gone yet.
There are days when I feel triggered, sad or just a bit meh.
And I don’t want to live in that energy.

I want to show up as a happy person and I want to get my shit together.
I want to manifest goodness, have more fun and feel better.
And according to Esther Hicks (and I’m with her!) that comes when we get into that Manifestation Zone.

When you feel better you draw in more goodness – FACT.

What can you feel hopefulness and optimism about?
What makes you feel happy and joyful?
You’re going to get a DOUBLE benefit from generating these feelings because you are going to feel good in the moment and you’re going to be attracting the good stuff.

It’s SO worth it to feel good, and I know of two ways that can help you.

1) Do something that makes you feel good!
I know its obvious but sometimes we forget to schedule this in.
I had a really rough end to 2021 and for a while I fell into the meh zone.
It sneaked up on me due to a number of factors, but one I realised I put some things in place to help shore up my happy. I’m going to try a dancing class and I’m going back to choir soon and I went out with a friend for lunch last week.
I’ve also planned a summer holiday in a camper van so I have something longer term to be happy about.

2) Change the way you feel with a meditation.
When you can relax into a meditative state you generate different thoughts and feelings that can help you to align in different ways. Getting into one of the feelings in the Manifestation Zone will help you to feel better in the moment and also move yourself more into the energy of drawing in the good experiences that you want.

Think of both of these things as Law of Attraction homework.

The Universe is always responding to what you are sending out, so the more you can feel good the higher your vibration will be and the more goodness will flow.
Its an upward spiral of goodness that we can all consciously begin to generate.
